Dear Friends,
I was a cotherapist for Addu from when he was diagnosed. I started training him with different materials when he was 2.4 years old, now he is 10 years old. When he started making significant improvement I started sharing my way of teaching and learning. In this video I am showing what all the materials I bought for training him. I was buying materials at the same time I used to make materials at home. This video will help the parents to buy materials if there is no time to make materials. Please remember that, all these materials I bought one by one and used it step by step. In this video I am showing from where you can buy the corresponding materials. Today, I was driving back home after dropping Addu to Pragati. Due to heavy traffic, vehicles were moving very slowly and I was driving peacefully, listening to music. How i taught my son to type - Explained Step by Step

    My son had great difficulty with tripod grip and he was not able to write after his Early Intervention programs.so when he was 8 years old I decided to teach him typing and I taught him step by step. After that I started sharing that videos to help other kids.Lots of parents contacted me for the step by step procedure of typing and so again I am posting it for them. All these steps I did and it helped my son to learn.I hope it will help other kids too. Most important things is CONSISTENCY. We should do step by step consistently. Q: Why structure is important for children with autism? Ans: Most of the children in the spectrum have high anxiety and they need predictable routines. ASD children will struggle if there are sudden changes in their daily routine. a  structured environment with visual schedule will help the child understand his day to day activities. It gives a clear idea about each activity including the beginning and the end. Like this structured environments helps the child reduce anxiety, confusion and behavior problems.
